Last month, news broke that John Cena and Nikki Bella called off their engagement and officially split up, to the surprise of everyone.
But, on a recent epsiode of PWInsider Elite, Mike Johnson speculated that this breakup could be a storyline for the upcoming season of “Total Bellas.” There has been many to accuse the two of using the breakup as a promotion tactic for the new season of “Total Bellas,” which debuts on May 20th, 2018.
Some believe that the timing of the breakup happened conveniently right before the new season is set to air, to add to the hype around the premiere. However, Johnson did say that he doesn’t have enough to officially report it, but has heard some rumblings of this being the case.
Obviously, this would be huge news if it was all a “work,” but at this time it is purely speculation.
