It looks like there was an incident today in Chicago where the WWE United Kingdom Championship was stolen during a “smash and grab” prior to tonight’s EVOVLE show in Chicago.
PWInsider.com reports that WALTER‘s rental car was broken into during Logan Square in Chicago and the championship belt was stolen; as well as WALTER’s passport.
This is similar to the incident where Chris Jericho‘s AEW Championship was stolen in his limousine while he was eating at a Longhorn Steakhouse.
WWE has not issued a statement as of yet and it is unknown whether the championship has been recovered at this moment.
