Later this year, WWE will be celebrating their 1,000th episode of SmackDown LIVE. The event is set to take place on October 23rd, 2018 and is expected to be one of the biggest shows in the company’s history.
In a report via PWInsider.com, former World Champion and WWE Hall of Famer Edge has been confirmed and will appear at WWE SmackDown 1000. As many already know, Edge is someone who is very important to the blue brand’s history in the mid and late 2000’s, with numerous World Championship reigns, classic matches and great moments.
Aside from Edge, WWE is seeking to add more big names to this show and have reached out to The Rock for an appearance and The Undertaker has also been rumored to appear.
