(PWPNation) — First reported by ESPN earlier today, the WWE will be inducting the four original members of the nWo, and Batista.

The nWo will comprise of 4 two time HOF inductees. Hulk Hogan, Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Sean ‘X-Pac’ Waltman. All men previously inducted solo, aside from Waltman who was inducted as part of DX.

They will join the 2020 HOF class this April in Tampa along with another man that they announced today:

Batista

It’s not so surprising that Batista is getting inducted, it’s just surprising that it’s not even half-way through December and two big HOF Inductees have been named.

Batista publicly stated that his match with Triple H this past year was indeed his last match. It was his “storybook ending” to a great, and prosperous wrestling career.

WWE confirmed both announcements on their Public Relations twitter account.

This move to do this so early makes you wonder if Hall of Fame tickets are not selling, or if WrestleMania tickets in general aren’t moving like they had hoped.

Either way, welcome to the Hall of Fame for the 1st time Batista. I’m sure Number 2 isn’t far behind when they induct Evolution in the next 3 years(A good guess).
