Early this morning, WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative Paul “Triple H” Levesque announced that the company will be holding a tournament that will consist of 16 competitors over the course of 2 days and will take place at Blackpool’s Empress Ballroom on January 14 & 15.
Additionally, Levesque unveiled the grand prize, which will be the new WWE United Kingdom Championship.
The tournament will air live and exclusively on the award winning WWE Network and will feature some of the best talent that the UK has to offer.
Joining the Game at the O2 Arena, Finn Balor, NXT General Manager William Regal and British wrestling icon Nigel McGuinness were also in attendance. McGuinness and Monday Night Raw lead announcer Michael Cole will be calling the tournament.

The tournament will include Trent Seven, Pete Dunne, Tyler Bate, West Midlands, Wolfgang, Tyson T-Bone and many others. Tickets for this historic two-day event at the Empress Ballroom will be available starting today (12/15/16) at 12 p.m. GMT at livenation.co.uk.
