WWE.com has announced that Roman Reigns has underwent surgery on a “shattered” nose suffered at the hands of Triple H last night on Raw.
According to WWE Ringside Physician Dr. Chris Amann:
“Roman underwent nasal reconstruction surgery, which consisted of a deviated septum that was fixed and realigned.”

Of course, this is likely just a continuation of the storyline heading into WrestleMania 32 where Reigns is set to challenge Triple H for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. There are also rumors floating around that a blood capsule was handed to Roman Reigns during the fight with Triple H outside of the ring.
