Last week on WWE Monday Night RAW, Rhyno was defeated in a match against his former tag team partner Heath Slater, which resulted in Rhyno being “fired” by General Manager-Elect Baron Corbin.

Many fans and news outlets believed that Rhyno was retiring from WWE and professional wrestling in general. 

Since being “fired,” Rhyno took to social media to clarify those rumors: 

As noted in the video above, Rhyno will be with the company through the end of the year working non-televised dates. It’s unclear if he will re-sign with the company after his contract is up in a non-wrestling role.
