Brock Lesnar hasn’t been seen or heard from since his WrestleMania 33 victory and post-RAW promo with Paul Heyman. This has left many to speculate when the “The Conqueror” will return to the squared circle to defend his WWE Universal Championship.

In a recent report , plans were being made for the upcoming July event, “WWE Great Balls of Fire” pay-per-view, featuring the long anticipated showdown between Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman. However, due to the injury suffered by Braun Strowman recently, those plans have been altered forcing WWE to go in a different direction.

Braun Strowman suffered a dislocated elbow which will require surgery, forcing Braun to be out of action for the next 4-8 weeks, minimal, which was reported on PWP Nation earlier this week.

The top candidates to challenge “The Beast Incarnate” for the championship are Seth Rollins and Finn Balor. This sets up for an interesting scenario that could be stretched out and made into a huge storyline heading into SummerSlam, if booked carefully.

It’s now being said that WWE is currently holding emergency creative meetings in Stamford, CT about what to do next with Brock Lesnar and the WWE Universal Championship. Who would you like to see face Brock Lesnar?
