As we have seen the past two weeks on WWE RAW, Ricochet was featured in the main event against AJ Styles.
It is being reported by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer that “The One and Only” is being positioned at the top of the card in an effort to boost the teenage demographic. Additionally, Paul Heyman is said to be a major fan of Ricochet & his push will confirm that.
It’s speculated as well that this urgent push could be in part to All Elite Wrestling. They have been able to target the teenage demographic effectively in their first few months of operation.
We will see how this plays out in the future, but it could be assumed that the reigning United States Champion could play a major part in the show for the foreseeable future.
