In a report from ProWrestlingSheet.com, Jeff Jarrett apparently met with Scott Fishman, Senior Vice President and Executive Producer of SpikeTV, backstage at this week’s Impact Wrestling television tapings in Orlando, Florida.
It’s being said that the two discussed several topics like Impact Wrestling’s recent TV deal with SpikeTV U.K., that will begin to air episodes of the program this April. Additionally, there’s currently a rumor being floated that the two also discussed a possible return of Impact Wrestling to the United States version of SpikeTV.
Fishman was “instrumental in developing” Impact Wrestling in the early days of the company and seems to be interested in the possibility of Impact Wrestling making a return to the network once Impact Wrestling’s contract with POP TV expires later this year.
