Jeff Hardy sat down for an interview with Sports Illustrated to promote tonight’s TNA Slammiversary Pay-Per-View. He will take on his brother Matt Hardy in a Full Metal Mayhem match. Jeff states in the interview that he is looking to one-up the WrestleMania spot by Shane McMahon.

“I’m planning something big for Sunday. I’ll take my own path and do it my own way.”

Hardy went on to explain how he would love to end his career with WrestleMania. And he wants to end it in a match that he has never competed in before: Hell in a Cell.

“I know I’m getting close to the end,” said Hardy. “I can feel my body telling me something. That’s something I’ve always wanted to do, and I’ve always wanted to headline ‘Mania.”
