This past Monday, WWE aired their pre-recorded version of Monday Night RAW for Christmas Eve, giving talent a rare week off.

This episode of RAW drew 1.78 million viewers, which is an all-time low for WWE’s flagship brand. This number is down from last week’s, which drew 2.55 million viewers. The last time Raw aired on Christmas Eve was in 2012, which did 3.15 million viewers.

While this number doesn’t surprise anyone, this is the first time WWE RAW has dropped below 2 million average viewers in the show’s history. Many expect similar results for this Monday’s New Year’s Eve edition.

The show featured a RAW Women’s Title Match between Ronda Rousey vs. Natalya, as well as Vince McMahon announcing new Tag Team Women’s Titles coming in 2019.
