A 14th bout is set to be added to UFC 235, as Charles Byrd and Edmen Shahbazyan are scheduled to meet in the Octagon.
According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, Byrd (10-5 MMA, 1-1 UFC) and Shahbazyan (8-0 MMA, 1-0 UFC) will square off at UFC 235 on March 2 in Las Vegas at T-Mobile Arena.
Byrd will enter the bout coming off a TKO loss to Darren Stewart last September. Before that setback, Byrd made a successful debut in the UFC with a submission victory over John Phillips last March.
Shahbazyan will put is undefeated record on the line after he successfully made his UFC debut with a split decision win over Darren Stewart last November. Before making it to the UFC, Shahbazyan finished all of his previous fights via TKO.
