It is being reported by Justin Barrasso of Sports Illustrated that Rey Mysterio was backstage at tonight’s Smackdown Live event at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California.
Justin states in the tweet below that Mysterio is working out details for a match at WrestleMania with the rumored opponent being John Cena!

Again, please take this as a rumor for now. WWE could be attempting some kind of misdirection by leaking a report like this. Only time will tell. Mysterio did make a one-night return to WWE at last month’s Royal Rumble event and looked to be in tremendous shape.
