WWE’s recent Network-exclusive Beast in the East show from Tokyo, Japan was considered to be a big success and most people backstage were said to be very happy with it. It’s being reported that former Raw and SmackDown General Manager and former Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis was in charge of the show.

Laurinaitis was responsible for the traditional Japanese custom of using streamers and having the women in kimonos present flowers to Kevin Owens and Finn Balor before their NXT Championship match.

Because of the success of the Beast in the East show, WWE officials are strongly considering doing more special events similar to this that will be exclusive to the WWE Network.
