Nikki Bella has posted a vague, but positive update on her progress after undergoing major neck surgery that could be career-threatening.
The following picture is Nikki with Dr. Uribe checking out the prognosis on her neck. It looks like this footage could appear on a future episode of Total Divas since there is a cameraman in the background:
