Recently, Chris Jericho appeared on “WOOO! Nation,” Ric Flair‘s podcast, where Flair said that WWE, especially Vince McMahon, is pushing really hard to get former WWE World Champion and Hall of Famer, Shawn Michaels to compete as a surprise entrant in the WWE Royal Rumble Match on January 24th, 2016 in Orlando, FL for the first pay-per-view of the year.
Flair said:
“They want him so bad for Royal Rumble, but he ain’t budging from that ranch down there in Texas.”
As of right now, there is no word if Shawn Michaels and/or WWE has any plans for this. If anything breaks on this story, we will be sure to let you know.
