PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE Hall of Famer Tammy “Sunny” Sytch was arrested back on May 30th and charged with a DUI, quoting a recent report from the Pennsylvania-based Standard Speaker newspaper.

The incident, according to the newspaper report, is reported to have taken place in Leighton, Pennsylvania after Sytch was pulled over by police after entering the parking lot of a Walmart at approximately 1:32 AM. According to police, Sytch entered the parking lot through the exit lane and hit a curb. A field sobreity test was then administered, which Sytch reportedly failed after showing a blood-alcohol content of .253%.

Sytch was also charged with careless driving and driving with a suspended license on top of the DUI.

Following this incident, WWE issued the following statement to PWInsider.com:

“As part of the Former Talent Rehabilitation Program, WWE has sent Ms. Sytch to rehabilitation numerous times, with all costs covered by WWE. Unfortunately, Ms. Sytch has continued to make poor personal choices and is ultimately responsible for the consequences of these decisions. WWE has always provided rehabilitation at a certified treatment center; however, given Ms. Sytch’s inability to change her lifestyle and successfully complete treatment, WWE will no longer fund her rehabilitation.”
