Stephanie McMahon has posted a brief statement on her Twitter page regarding the death of Joan “Chyna” Laurer at 45 years old. Wrestling fans on Twitter were going after Stephanie because of her “midnight workout” post instead of acknowledging the death of Chyna.
For fans who didn’t know, Chyna dated Triple H before Stephanie McMahon started dating him sometime towards the end of 1999 into 2000.
Regardless on whether or not Stephanie saw the barrage of negative tweets from fans, she sent out a warm tweet about Chyna:
I just heard the tragic news that @ChynaJoanLaurer has passed. She was truly a pioneer in our industry, and she will be missed. #RIPChyna
