PWTorch.com is reporting that Samoa Joe has apparently signed a full-time contract with WWE.
The deal was reportedly reached following Joe impressing WWE official at the recent set of NXT television tapings, as well as merchandise sales from his first T-shirt being described as “off the charts.” Both of these aspects apparently led both Vince McMahon and Triple H to convince Joe to sign the deal.
The deal includes Joe being able to fulfill all of his previously scheduled independent dates followed by working a full-time schedule with WWE. It is believed Joe will spend some time in NXT before moving up to the main roster.
Also, another indication of this is that Samoa Joe faced off against Tyson Kidd in a match before RAW came on the air.
