Randy Orton Undergoes Successful Knee Surgery, Expected Out for 2-3 Months

According to WWE.com, SmackDown LIVE’s Randy Orton underwent surgery to repair a medial meniscus tear in his left knee. The surgery was successful, but Orton will not be in action for the foreseeable future.

Here’s a quote from Orton on WWE.com:

“I’ve known I needed the surgery since late last year, but I’ve been waiting for the right time to get my knee cleaned out. Right now was the right time.”

The timetable for this injury is 2-3 months, but it’s unsure how long Orton will be kept off TV.
