WWE has released a brand new John Cena T-shirt with “15X” written on it, as in 15 time world champion. This could be a indication that he’s not leaving SummerSlam with the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. WWE just made the new merchandise, so it wouldn’t make very much sense to come out with all new merchandise one week later.
As noted, Cena’s feud with Seth Rollins is scheduled to be a long-term program starting with SummerSlam and not just a match to move on from. If Cena was to win over Rollins and Sheamus cashed-in his Money in the Bank briefcase and won, technically it would make Cena a 16 time champion.
