In another awesome tidbit from The Wrestling Observer & our close, personal friend Dave Meltzer, plans for the upcoming March 12th WWE Network Special, WWE Roadblock, have changed a couple of times in recent weeks.
We ran with a report that WWE was planning a Triple Threat Match between Triple H, Brock Lesnar & Bray Wyatt for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. However, we did note that this match was changed to Triple H defending against Dean Ambrose after what transpired on this past Monday Night Raw.
Meltzer is now reporting that Brock Lesnar will take on Bray Wyatt at WWE Roadblock. Lesnar vs. Wyatt was a rumored WrestleMania match and the seeds were planted back at The Royal Rumble when The Wyatt Family were responsible for the elimination of Brock Lesnar. The Wyatt’s also laid out Lesnar on Raw with an attack. There was also a previous report of Lesnar taking on Luke Harper w/ Bray Wyatt in his corner at WWE Roadblock.
In addition, NXT General Manager William Regal announced that The Revival (Dash & Dawson) will defend the NXT Tag Team Championships against Enzo & Cass at WWE Roadblock.
So to break this down:
Lesnar vs. Wyatt? Not Confirmed.
NXT Tag Team Title Match? Confirmed.
