Fresh off the heels of the firings of Michael Elgin and then Impact Wrestling Champion Tessa Blanchard, Impact Wrestling on Tuesday announced that the new Main Event of Slammiversary will now be a Fatal 4 Way match to determine a new Impact champion.
The match will feature Trey vs. Eddie Edwards vs. Ace Austin vs. a Mystery Opponent, likely to be named that evening.
One would guess the final opponent will be one of the new (former) members of the Impact roster.
