Vince McMahon Furious Over Roman Reigns Interview
This past week on Monday Night RAW, WWE aired a taped interview with WWE Superstar, Roman Reigns to give an update on his injury and time table for his return.
Apparently, Triple H wanted to see Reigns channel some intensity, and come across as a “badass babyface who doesn’t have a care in the world”. Instead, Reigns came across as uncomfortable and “soft”.
According to these reports, Vince McMahon did not see the pre-taped segment before hand, and saw it when everyone else did. After watching it, he was reportedly “fuming”. After he heard about the reaction from the internet, he was even more enraged.
There is now concern within WWE that Reigns might not have what it takes to play his character and many in the back didn’t like the segment and the results that followed.
