#4. Cesaro

Cesaro WWE

We all know how the story goes here…

Vince McMahon once said that the “Swiss Superman” doesn’t grab the audience, that he doesn’t have the natural charisma to get over. Thus sprung the “Cesaro Section”, which I happen to be a proud member of. Right now I would put him in the same boat as Dolph Ziggler. It’s his time, he’s ready, he just needs McMahon on board. Cesaro could be a great champion. More than that, if he were champion, think of the matches he could put on.

Let me just go on a tangent slightly for a moment:

Prince Puma was Lucha Underground’s World Champion. He didn’t say anything, he didn’t have that much of a character aside from being a classic tecnico, but his matches were amazing. He’d put on a banger every time he stepped in that ring, and he got over for it. Cesaro is the same deal. He can do as little talking as you’d like, just let him get in the ring and uppercut people..

The company is reluctant though, and that seems unlikely to change any time soon. Cesaro’s never been World Champion before, and at this stage I feel WWE are either going to go with a solid, veteran hand, or someone they’ve been building to take this spot. I could see WWE pulling the swerve and giving the belt to Cesaro, however. They know he can put on a barnstormer against anyone, so why not let him hold it until say, the Royal Rumble?

I’ll keep dreaming.

I graduated from The Broadcast Center in St.Louis, Mo in July of 2014. Becoming a Journalist has been my main goal since the age of 13. The road to get here has been long, filled with a lot of failure's with a little touch of success a long the way. I've been a fan of wrestling, mainly WWE since watching WrestleMania VI. My all-time favorite wrestler's are Ric Flair, Macho Man, & The Rock. My current favorite superstars are Seth Rollins, The New Day, Dean Ambrose, Cesaro, & Kevin Owens. I would like to think my writing style is more of a casual conversation with a wrestling fan.
