According to Lehigh Valley News, the charges of third-degree murder and involuntary manslaughter against Jimmy Snuka have been dropped.

Snuka was facing those charges for the alleged murder of Nancy Argentino in 1983. Snuka’s team argued that Snuka was unfit to stand trial due to his health concerns, mentally and physically. Prosecutors had previously argued he was well enough to stand and that any health concerns expressed by his legal team were faked.

The judge ultimately sided with the 73-year old WWE Hall of Famer and believed that Snuka was not able to stand in front of a jury.
