WWE deals out their first talent scholarship to Maria Kanellis
WWE’s latest “Where Are They Now?” catches up with former WWE Diva and current ROH star Maria Kanellis. The article mentions her recent wedding to ROH star Mike Bennett but makes no mention of Maria working for the promotion.
They do reveal that Maria found out in September that she’s receiving the first WWE Talent Scholarship, which she will be using to help finish her degree at Johnson & Wales University. She told WWE.com:
“I was very excited, it’s a tremendous opportunity. I can’t wait to start [classes for my major] at school in December. School will be a lot more relaxing since I have the scholarships.”
