As we reported earlier, WWE will be reviving the ‘War Games’ concept for NXT Takeover: Houston.
Obviously, there has been many thoughts on the decision, after years of avocation from the likes of Paul “Triple H” Levesque and Dusty Rhodes, but what caught many people’s eye is the comments of Cody Rhodes, who obviously has a connection to the match.
Here’s his tweet:
I’m not mad. I was told. H worked for my Dad and then my Dad worked for him. They were friends. Care and effort will be placed into it.

This comes after Rhodes was not thrilled with WWE not checking with him about the revival of “Starrcade,” which WWE announced several weeks ago.
