Biff Busick and Rich Swann have signed WWE Developmental contracts according to PWTorch.com.
Busick and Swann are scheduled scheduled to start with NXT in October. Both were regular fixtures on WWNLive’s EVOLVE shows and have been on WWE’s radar for sometime.
